Wow!! This Treblab HD77 bluetoth speaker is fantastic. The other one had to be cranked up all the way to fill my master bathroom, around 15 X 18. I must turn the volume down with the Trelab. I tried it once all cranked up and couldn't handle the volume. my honest review (I actually bought it) Answer from SolidMBA on reddit.com

I'm currently looking for new speakers for work, as the ones I'm using are on there last leg.

I work in a truss building company, so there is constant LOUD sounds of hammers, air compressors, saws, machines, etc... So I need a speaker/speakers that can overpower those noises as much as possible. The 2 speakers I've been using (for the past 5 years), are the ONN Party Box speakers. They can pair to eachother, so if there's a speaker option that connect to eachother, would be even better.

I've obviously seen the JBL's, SoundCores, Sonys, etc... and I know that are held with high standards. But never hearing them and especially not in my work environment, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a good LOUD speaker/speakers that can get the job done while I'm doing my job.

What is in your opinion the best speaker that is loud en portable? It needs to have a built in powerbank for my phone. I need to be able to take the speaker with me on the bike. Budget = 300 euros.

This are the speakers I have found:

  1. Tribit Stormbox Blast

  2. W-King T11

  3. W-King H10

Are there other speakers to consider?

I'm looking for the loudest portable speaker that I could fit into my backpack. Any insight? I would prefer for it to be only a couple hundred dollars but I'm open to all recommendations.

Edit: my backpack is pretty small and will have other stuff in it so preferably the speaker would be roughly around the size of my old JBL Charge 4.

So I work a lot, like 12 hour days, 6 to 7 days a week, and on the weekend at night there's like nobody here and I like to be able to listen to music through my shift while I work and restock and such, but every Bluetooth speaker I get isn't very loud, the problem is my work environment is just naturally loud (foundry) so trying to go over that noise and the sound of my forklift and stuff is a bit of a challenge. I don't want to wear earbuds as I need to monitor my radio and be aware of my surroundings while I operate machinery. Don't want something super expensive because it's gonna get dirty as shit too

I'd appreciate any help I can get :)

April 5, 2025 -

I’ve been using a JBL Flip Essential for a while now. It works fine indoors, but when me and my friends hang out at this football field, it’s just not loud enough. The sound fades quickly if you walk even a short distance from it.

I’m looking for something still small and portable, ideally something I can easily carry or strap to a bag. It doesn’t need to fill the whole field, but I do want something very noticeably louder than the Flip. I’ve been looking at the JBL Charge series as the next step, but I’m not sure if it’s just a bit louder or a real upgrade. I’ve also checked out the Xtreme 4, but it seems a little bulky and I've seen some bad reviews of it. I haven’t really explored other brands—any solid recommendations?

Looking for the loudest commercial speaker for less than 400$

Im looking for a loud bluetooth speaker as my current speaker for parties is dying (pair of MEGABLASTS), I've had tons of speakers in my life but I'm here asking for help as I'm very lost of what to buy next.

I want a crazy loud speaker, I know that manufacturers can't do magic but Ive seen some impressive speakers for their size (Sonos Move, Bose Revolve Plus, UE MEGABOOM 3).

So Im looking for that kind of speakers. Heres goes a list of all my speakers if anyone finds helpful (ask anything, I've owned all the speaker I'm mentioning) I've had so far the whole UE lineup. The megablast is my favorite, loud but lacks some bass and its quite unreliable and the Hyperboom... well... its too big to bring in a backpack buy the sound is amazing and the bass is very impressive.

I don't like JBL as they are big and don't get as loud as they should considering the size. (Charge 4, Boombox and Xtreme 2). They do have good sound and good bass but its not what I'm looking. Im looking for loudness. Also they are not 360 which is good for my usage. I was blew away when the MEGABLAST was as loud as the Xtreme 2, easily twice the size. (I KNOW SOUND IS BETTER, IM JUST TALKING ABOUT LOUDNESS)

From Bose I've had the Soundlink mini II (meh in terms of loudness but crazy sound at low volumes), the Revolve Plus (my favourite speaker so far, it has bass and gets plenty loud).

MEGABLAST and Revolve Plus are very loud despite their size, but I've been told that some speakers can get even louder (I repeat: I don't care about good sound quality) so, here's my question:

I want to know if anyone of you know any "compact" speaker that gets very loud and can rival the Megablast or Bose Revolve Plus??

Has anyone heard of the Bose Home Portable Speaker? I've read it might the loudest, but I don't know for sure. Thanks so much and sorry for such a long post, if its the wrong subreddit just let me know!

December 22, 2014 -

As the title says, I'm looking for a bluetooth speaker thats very loud because I plan on using it for times when people come hang out during the summer in the yard.

In the past I have bought 30-70$ speakers that did NOT get the job done. Ideally, I would like it to be heard even if people were 10-15 feet away and in our swimming pool.

So far I've been looking at the UE Boom 2. Would this get the job done?

Battery life is also not a major concern.
