Costco has the best price and return policy, while the store give you the true customization experience. If you buy from a store you can return or exchange certain items to adapt the couch to your space. While Costco you get what you pay for and if you don’t like it and want to change pieces out you’re stuck since you can only return the full couch. We also seriously thought about Lovesac. Instead we bought 2 sets of the Thomasville Tisdale 6 piece sectional in order to have 8 pieces in our living room and 4 pieces that could be in a basement entertaining space. We could also rotate pieces if they get extra wear. One of the considerations was the cost. Even at $3000 the two Thomasville sets ended up being less than half of what we would have spent with Lovesac. Another consideration was weight. The Lovesac pieces are much heavier. Literally yesterday I was pricing out Lovesac sectional from the store & costco. Now suddenly its gone from the Costco app, and the Google results go to a 404 page. It appears there still are Costco Lovesac events scheduled. Is this a momentary unlisting that periodically happens at Costco? Is it only available there occasionally?
I'm baffled and now our plans for getting our sofa exploded right when we chose to buy from Costco rather than the store discount.

There are regular sales through LoveSac for 30% off plus an extra 5% if you’re an essential worker. I even saw someone post that they got 40% off by going through the showroom. The Costco deal is only worth it if one of the configurations they offer is exactly what you’re looking for and you care for the blankets, pillows and LoveSac supersac that they throw in. If not, it’s cheaper to go direct through Lovesac. Any issues is also handled through Lovesac customer service, which is phenomenal. If you purchase through Costco, you’ll need to work through Costco for service.

Hi! I’m about to pull the trigger on a 6 seat, 8 side. Right now Costco has the best price, $5899 for the couch and it comes with the movie sac, ottoman, cup holders, etc. Lovesac has the same couch BUT I added angled sides, for $6040. No accessories but really, I’m not sure what I’d do with the moviesac; my kids want it but our house is small so it will be huge in their room. I guess my question is, are the angled sides worth it? After tax, etc. the difference is about $300 (if I buy from Costco, I also get my executive membership 2% back and credit card 2% back).

A Lovesac display/salesperson has popped up in my local warehouse. I have considered buying this couch system in the past but the price point makes it hard to pull the trigger. We got our lovesac at Costco and love it. It’s very durable and flexable. I was tired of buying a couch every 4 years because they broke and so it’s been over 6 years and two house and it’s been awesome.
