Hi everyone - since Loveseat closed my partner and I used to visit that auction to get some good deals for furniture (often CB2 or similar ones in boxes) those in the know are there any other auctions like Loveseat that you resort to now for overstock/returned items from CB2/West Elm etc.
Yes, I know about estate sales, and the San Marcos outlet but Loveseat was something unique :) thanks!

When did it close? I used to get good deals but also buy stuff that didn’t work or was missing fundamental pieces. Was an expensive crapshoot.

The new loveseat site is cool... I guess... But, I too miss the auction. So where is all that return furniture, appliances, etc being sold now? Those returns are going somewhere. Anybody know?

Consignment Classics has two warehouses, one next to Sports Arena and one near Washington Street and the PCH. The Sports Arena location has more decor and collectibles than furniture and rugs. Habitat for Humanity ReStore has two locations in San Diego that you can check out! They’re affordable and the proceeds go back to the charity. I know you said you love the hunt but I’ve had great luck with furniture on OfferUp.

I moved into a granny flat a couple months ago. It's very spacious, which makes it feel very empty because I don't have any furniture yet besides a bed. What are good places to get deals on dining tables, couches, chairs, desks, rugs, decor etc. IKEA is reliable and definitely a good start, but I'm interested in hearing what else is there.
