Those who have either diaper bag.. what are your thoughts? Pros and cons? Either would be an investment so I’m trying to weigh my options.

My current diaper bag is one from Amazon and it does the trick but the zippers are stiff and scrape your hands if brushed the wrong way. It also doesn’t hold my water bottle when the bag is full, which is a must!!

I have the Lululemon one and I really like it. It holds all of our stuff and is easy to keep organized with all the pockets. Love the mini cross body bag it came with - it’s easy to just take that out for changing him when in public. Cons- the zipper is stiff and slightly annoying to zip it’s NOT a smooth glide. I feel like all Lululemon zippers are bad, but maybe that’s just me. I have the black one and I think it shows dirt a bit too much, but it’s easy to clean. I would recommend it if the zipper isn’t a deal breaker, I don’t find it that big of a deal but I can see how for some it would be. But it’s also the only diaper bag I’ve tried, although we looked at many in store and this was the clear winner.

I have two Poppy and Peonies bags and I love the bags, but their customer service is shit. I received a damaged bag and they gave me such a run around about exchanging it, including telling me how to repair it myself - that's not my job. Send me something that isn't damaged. Bags are nice though.
