Hi all, I (M33) am visiting Chicago next month. It will be my first visit to US and since I love movies i was kinda hoping to get a good movie experience in US. What is your favorite movie theatre?
Thanks! :-)
Looking for nicest comfiest chairs, great sound quality, easy parking, etc. Thank you.
As no Illinois theaters are on the official IMAX 70mm list, what’s the next best option? Is it Woodridge? Or Regal City North or somewhere else?
Update: I ended seeing Oppenheimer in 70MM at AMC River East on Tuesday and IMAX Xenon Cinemark Woodridge. 70MM film had a nice flicker and charm to it but I would definitely say the trip to Woodridge is the way to go. I understand it's not the highest quality it's definitely good enough, and the screen size is huge and immersive and while the digital projectors can't fully fill the screen, they filled most of my vision.
The title says it all, but what is the nicest/best movie theater in Chicago?
