I have a small bathroom that needs to be done on a tight budget. I don’t want to deal with the extra hassle/expense of tile for this project, and I feel like hardwood or pergo would not be great in a bathroom, especially with little kids who aren’t great about keeping floors dry. I know sheet vinyl is pretty cheap and good for wet areas, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it in a pattern I like. I like pretty florals and even patterns. I would even consider a solid color, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it like that. Admittedly, I’ve never shopped for this product, I’m only just going by what I’ve seen in other people’s houses. Does anyone have any recommendations? Again, I’m a single mom, new homeowner, on a tight budget, so cheap, easy, and pretty are my priorities, in that order. Thanks!
Hear me out! I know LVP is all the rage and I did just install it in a guest bath in a stone pattern. But one of my goals of the Renovation is to age in place. Ease of cleaning is key. I do not like all those little cervices where the tiles come together. Admittedly it's a shallow little trough but more than my current sheet vinyl. Someone please tell me why you chose LVP? (side note: The cost saving of Sheet vinyl is a consideration because I've decide to pull the carpet out of the master bedroom and replace it with hardwood... easier to keep up clean than carpet)
