September 14, 2023 - I searched high and low for a huge, affordable, sectional that came in a blue-ish color, and ultimately decided on the Radley collection from Macys in Heavenly Robbinsegg Blue. We got the five piece sectional, a chair bed, and the matching ottomans for both the chair bed & the couch.

It’s so comfortable, durable, and affordable compared to the other options we were looking at. I had a few parameters while searching. Within a year of normal wear, the seat cushions have completely flattened, the back cushions (which were always too short for normal humans) are flattened and so mishapen that you have to put regular throw pillows behind to get any sort of comfort, all of the fabric is fraying and torn, and it's so uncomfortable. When you spend this much money on a sofa, you expect the seat cushions to hold up for average-sized people. Completely disappointed. January 4, 2024 - Based off of our experience, I recommend ordering the Radley sectional several months in advance. At the time of order they told us it would be a few weeks and it ended up taking months. I remember the delivery date continually getting pushed back and I wondered if we would ever actually receive it. When it was finally delivered, two men carried everything inside and put the sectional together for us. I was really glad we paid for this extra service because the sectional pieces are super heavy and there were a lot of different pieces wrapped in plastic.

I did a lot of research and read the other reviews. This is what I will tell you… it’s ultra comfortable, the material is of high quality and very soft, the different options of arranging the pieces is endless, our backs feel supported, the pillows are plush, and big enough to host a party..
