Preface: I went on an almost savant level couch search a couple years ago. Got a Dark Gray Radley sofa and it’s solid af. It’s like a Honda Accord of couches. Reliable, steady, solid. Jonathan Louis is the brand, they also sell at Jordan’s, but they name it something besides Radley at Jordan’s. Also word to the wise - Costco couches typically have attached/sewn on cushions. This is actually a big deal because you cannot remove them to clean covers, and most importantly, you can’t rotate the cushions to make sure they wear in evenly. All that said, if you’re more comfortable with Costco, I get it. They’re elite with customer service. I liked a lot of their Thomasville stuff. I'll give you the first hand experience as a former Macy's furniture salesperson. The Radley, in general, is a very good sofa or sectional. Especially for its price point. The leather version is very good, too. The leather actually comes from Kuka, who sources their leather from Australian or New Zealand tanneries, and it's very good quality. If you order a custom color, it's going to take a while. Know that if the salesperson didn't mention it. The Radley is real wood frame, 1.8 density foam (about middle ground for foams), just a good all rounder. If the store you are looking at has a proper furniture gallery and seasoned specialists...
