Former employees can access the portal by selecting the "Former Colleague Sign In" option and entering their employee ID and network password.
If login issues occur, common solutions include clearing the browser cache, using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, logging out and back in, or deleting cookies. If the system appears to be down or shows a blank schedule, it may be due to a temporary glitch or maintenance, and waiting a short time before retrying often resolves the issue. For persistent problems, employees can contact Macy’s HR Services at 1-800-234-6229 or the IT Help Desk at 678-474-2300.
Employees can also access the portal through the Employee Connection website by clicking on the “My In-Site” link in the red menu. Additionally, the Alight app is recommended for easier access to schedule information without repeatedly logging in. The system enforces work limits, such as preventing employees from working more than six consecutive days without a manager override, and does not allow shift pickups that would result in overtime.
For password recovery, employees can use the "Forgot Password" option on the Macy’s Password Manager page to reset their credentials using security questions or a linked email. If the sign-in attempt fails, ensure the correct sign-in button (Colleague or Former Colleague) is selected and that the employee ID and password are entered correctly.

I need to call out today but my insite is down! Should I do a no show?
Hi, so I am relatively still new. With that being said, I just have a few questions about Macys Insite that I find kind of confusing.
First, how do you check how much you get paid hourly on the website?
Secondly, how does picking up a shift work? I see under “My Schedule” you can pick up shifts. Then from there, I see “Pick Up Shift” at the bottom. However, what confuses me is the way it’s worded. When I click on it says: “open shift criteria” and Receiving Process is clicked for me cuz that’s where I work. Then I see “additional areas available.” Should I un-click the open shift criteria? I only see like one shift per day open. Is that right?
I really wish there were directions!!
Next week, I am scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday 9-12. But the rest of the days I have Monday and Wednesday 9-5 with being off on Friday. Which is weird to me cuz last week I worked 8-5 Tuesday through Friday(does anyone know why that is)? Anyways, I am in Receiving. So can I tell my manager who we work side-by-side with, that I would like to work more hours on Tuesday and Thursday? Or would that be considered rude or otherwise inappropriate?
Also adding on to the last question
Can I ask him(my team manager who does the schedule) if I can work at least 30 hours a week?

There’s no 3 dots in the corner and no my schedule plus anywhere.
