Hey everyone,
I’m stuck and could really use some help or advice.
I tried logging into my Mailchimp account and got this message:
"Sorry, password recovery is not available for this username. All accounts associated with that login have been closed."
I didn’t close my account, and now I can’t:
Reset my password
Access support (since they require you to log in to contact them)
Even reuse my email to create a new account
I’ve tried everything:
✅ The “forgot username” link
✅ The contact form(doesn’t work without login)
✅ Trying from different browsers
✅ And I can’t get around their login wall to open a support ticket
I must use the same email for brand continuity. Starting from scratch with a new email isn’t an option.
Does anyone:
Know how to contact Mailchimp support without logging in?
Have a direct email that actually works?
Had success reaching them via Twitter/X or other channels?
Any advice, even the tiniest tip, would mean the world. Thanks in advance 🙏

Previously i login my Mailchimp account with Username and Password only, today its asking authenticator code, I don't know what happened, whether my client setup this or not, i don't know, now how to setup the authenticator code in Google Authenticator so that i put authenticator code.

Have tried using my Google sign-in on Chrome and Safari (on my phone and multiple computers) to log in. I'm getting Google security alert emails indicating that I've signed in, but I'm always returned back to the MailChimp login screen.
