Hi All,
I purchase a duvet cover from Maison Tess a little while ago as a gift. The gift receiver (after the 30 day return policy) opened the cover to test it out and found the dimensions were off from their website. 6" longer in both directions.
Extended customer service emails said they cannot be returned after the 30 day policy, and that they had updated their sizing charts a little while ago - even though online they're still the same dimensions as when I bought them.
Any advice on how to handle a scenario when a product you purchase is not as described on their website?
As a side note - their customer service is absolutely terrible. Strongly suggest staying away from them.

I am confused. The gift receiver is trying to return the gift, but it's outside the return policy. Is this why their customer service terrible? I think we need more information.

Any advice on how to handle a scenario when a product you purchase is not as described on their website? Sounds like it's time for a credit card chargeback if possible.
