Can't cancel subscription on the Google Play Store because it doesn't show up
Check you don't have multiple accounts under the same email address, I've had the issue with Google play games. The second account was the one we were forced to set up when Google plus was a thing. Should work as one but had has the random glitch which may be your issue. If that fails just remove the payment method on your account around the time of renewal and leave it off for few weeks as they may attempt to take the payment multiple times before they give up. Google says the new feature will begin rolling out on the web starting Tuesday, with Android and iOS users starting to receive it on July 14 and July 21, respectively.
