New manual grinder, but burr arrived chipped? (Timemore)
This reminds me of this post a while back about the 1ZPresso JX. RogueWaveCoffee has a really detailed writeup about this comparing many high-end manual grinders in the comments, but tl;dr it should not affect grind quality.

I have the same grinder and I also considered to do the same. My concern wasn't about the ceramics but about the iron axis.
More specifically: if your drill isn't (perfectly) centered with the whole grinder axes, it will destroy it. Most likely, the faster it spins, the faster it will be damaged.
Also, the grinder axis isn't designed for a highspeed spinning (i.e. it doesn't have a ball beargin) and it will be damaged due to heat.
