I'm not familiar with the Great Courses Plus, but have bought the regular GC DVDs, CD, and of late downloads of their older courses. They were pretty much lectures - well done lectures to be sure. I've learned alot about the history of music, Italian renaissance art, Greek history, the most important books, etc. But, you don't really have a lab or teacher interaction. Maybe the "Plus" program is different. The Masterclass program has a 30 day free trial.
