Perez Hilton used to do this a lot. He outed Jodie Foster and Neil Patrick Harris back in the day and incorrectly reported Zac Efron was gay. I do think Bomer coming out halted what could've been a very lucrative career. I think his looks get in the way too. I had discussed this with those around me. It's the same way Grammy voters had anonymously said they simply didn't vote for Beyoncè in the AOTY category because she "has too much.' I just want Matt to be out there and do more commercially successful work that's not necessarily deep. It's mostly heartbreaking because you can tell FT means more to him than it does to most of us.
