Ive worked at Costco as a employee and vendor. Costco dictates prices they want and vendors bow to them and make custom products. Most often the products are subpar. When I worked for a flavored butter roadshow Costco told us they wanted double the weight and wanted to charge a $1 more. So we added chemicals and salt and made it 49% margin as well as use heavier packaging to make the product weigh more to trick consumers. They were not getting a better deal. It took twice as much of the product Often times this means vendors cut corners 2 hdmi ports instead of 5. Hdmi cord not included vs included on Amazon version. Often times it means lesser quality graphics cards or 200gb hard drive vs 250.

Hello, everyone ! I am looking to buy a good mattress and some real good quality pillows since my partner and I have had some of the worst sleepless nights due to our Walmart mattress and pillows haha. I really want to get a mattress that is for side and stomach sleepers and that help me sleep ! Has anyone had experience with Purple? I am thinking of going with the cheaper route as well with a Costco mattress so if you have a Costco mattress that you’ve enjoyed for side sleepers let me know . 🤗❤️

It's grossly overpriced and was designed to sell 'magic gel' in mass quantity compared to it's best use, which is seat cushions. It's not better than foam, it's just marketing. Spend millions and millions of dollars, and you can convince anybody to buy nearly anything. 🤣

I'm looking to buy a new mattress and I've been hearing good things about the new line up from Purple. I'm wondering if anyone here has bought one and what their experience has been like so far.
Specifically, the old models I was interested in the Hybrid 3 or 4. I'm a side sleeper and I'm looking for a mattress that is comfortable and supportive, and I think that translates into the "soft" version of the Restore lineup, or a medium Rejuvinate.
They've only been out for a few weeks, but if you have any experience with the new Purple mattresses, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Never thought I'd be that person leaving a mattress review, but here we are. Picked up a foam mattress from a big box store last summer. Seemed fine at first. About four months in, my kid started complaining about itchy pajamas. Didn't think much of it until I got a rash too. Changed detergents, no difference. Then I caught my cat playing with something shiny on the bed. Tiny fibers. Did some research and yep, fiberglass from the mattress. Had to replace everything - mattress, bedding, even the kid's stuffed animals. What a nightmare. Bottom line: check mattress labels. If it says fiberglass, keep walking. Not worth the hassle or health risks.

I have two Purple Hybrid Premier 4 mattresses. I'm very sad that they discontinued it and wont be making anymore. Was planning on ordering another mattress for another bedroom. I hear they don't even offer a 4 inch purple grid anymore on any of their mattresses.
