Hi, I'm a new hire at Walmart, and I'm trying to get into the Me@Walmart app, but it's flat-out just not working.

I went through the "Candidate" sign-in and used my email and password from my application (like the instructions I got said), but the "Sign In" button isn't doing anything (and, after checking, doesn't seem to actually have any direction? like, no link attached?) If I close out of the window and hit the "Candidate" button again, it just opens a black screen (probably would be white in light mode, idk). My dad figured out that if I open the regular sign in, plug in my email and the store number, it fixes the page that opens in the "Candidate" button, but the "Sign In" button still doesn't do anything.

I figured I'd ask here before I go calling the helpline, since they'll probably stick me on hold for an hour.

Don't use the login name/password you selected when you applied, because that was turned off once you accepted your job offer. You will be provided with a new username and password when you attend orientation. If you don't know when orientation is, contact the People Lead at your store. They're probably the same person that interviewed you and sent your job offer.

Hi! I got hired a few days ago and I was told to download the me@walmart app to fill out a few things and it would tell me when my orientation starts. When I first downloaded it automatically logged me in. Now I have to enter an ID and password. I've tried my email and an ID I got when I first applied. It won't let me in though. Should just be email + password. Make sure you're hitting the middle sign in

Make sure you're signing in as candidate and not using the blue sign in button up top. The blue sign in button is for after your company log in is created. If that doesn't work you might just have to wait until your normal login is set up. Any pre hire tasks that you didn't finish can be done at orientation if you know the date.

What is your job title? I've been working at Walmart for ten years and never heard of Myworkday. Last I know you can dress up in whatever you want but I stick with a dark blue button up top and black jeans. To be safe a top with short/long sleeves. I wore no sleeve one time and had to change. To answer your question about app because something goes wrong they don't fix it and make a new one. At least that's what I noticed over the years.
