I'm not sure if working off the frequency table is the approach you should take. It might be easier to map it back into a data table and work off of that. But it's kind of an interesting problem so I'll show you what I came up with. Mode is pretty easy: https://imgur.com/wxTXPNn Median is way tricker. I'm guessing there are a number of different ways this could be done, and this solution is sort of weird and idiosyncratic.
