I just found out there's more than seven modes (meaning the modes of the harmonic minor scale). Are there any more modes I don't know about?
Technically you can apply modes to every scale. The term modes, though, generally refers to the modes of the major scale. More on reddit.com

Definition of QRP for digital modes
Yes, sort of. QRP just means "low power" . I would argue it kinda depends on the mode. For instance, 10-15 watts on SSB could be considered QRP for SSB because the mode usually suffers from a weak signal. On the other hand 10-15 watts could be considered quite adaquate for FT8, and some might argue that's not really a QRP power level for that mode. Some operators use 5 Watts on FT8 and consider it a normal power level for that mode. In a general sence though, I think most people consider 5 watts as "QRP" regardless of mode, but I would argue the practical "definition" of QRP would consider what mode is at play and thus might vary. I hope that makes sense..... More on reddit.com
