Media company wants equity to prop up my startup tech
Hey OP - it’s not a once in a lifetime chance.
-

-
Ask them to invest if they want equity.
-
If they won’t negotiate, leave.
It feels like a once in a lifetime chance because you’re young and inexperienced. Trust me, it’s not.

I couldn't find much information on the internet explaining what MediaTech is. Does anyone have any insights or can explain what it is?
