New build, is my Z690I Unify dead?
Try Alderlake CPU. 13700 only support from 7D29v17 BIOS.

Not getting any display with a new build, and I'm not sure how to identify which components are the problem.
-
Intel 13700K
-
Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600 2x16GB (Model CMK32GX5M2B5600C36)
-
Corsair SF750 PSU
-
Glacier One 240 AIO
Trying to boot this up with the PCI riser & GPU unplugged because I need to boot to BIOS to set the PCI slot to use gen 3.
Tested with both sticks in - CPU and DRAM LEDs alternate for a few seconds, DRAM eventually stays lit. No display.
Tested each stick individually, in each channel - DRAM LED stays lit. No display.
AIO pump turns on, radiator fans spin. Tried re-seating every PSU connection, the CPU (didn't notice any bent pins), cleared CMOS. I highly doubt both ram sticks are defective, which makes me think the board is bad. Anything else I can try here?
Edit:
Probably need to update BIOS, but I can't update this board without a display. Looks like I'm buying a Celeron.
Edit x2 for anyone who stumbles on this: I ended up buying a 12th gen to get BIOS updated.

Which bios did your board ship with? On MSI boards I believe you can check the month and year the board was built by looking at the 4 digits that precede the last hyphen in the serial number. Those 4 digits are formatted as YYMM, so 2209 would indicate a September 2022 build month.
I'm guessing the board was built in July or earlier if the bios doesn't support Raptor Lake, as the 7D29v17 BIOS supporting Raptor Lake was released on July 7, 2022.
