Been playing Mekanism for a while, so far been the only tech mod that I could semi-fluently play from the beginning up until the point where you obtain your first digital miner and Ore duplicators.
Been stuck at this stage for quite a while because I have no idea how to progres past this stage and trying tae find help online had been interestingly difficult for me. Mekanism themselves doesn't provide some sort of an in-game guide book either tae complicate things stuff, blerrie. Ranging from people not knowing how Mekanism works or they simply ignore my question for "JuSt dO cReAte". Been wanting tae be able tae master Mekanism for a while or at least knew how tae progres until I could obtain the legendary Mekasuit and perhaps being able tae own large automated processing factories and those nuclear reactors.
Is there anyone willing tae provide me a comprehensive guide for mekanism or perhaps mentor me 'till I'm able tae be another master of the Mekanism world? I would really appreciate any form of communities, guide text or even video series that could explain how tae progress in Mekanism in a really easy-tae-understand and fun way. I could especially handle readings for hours if anyone thinks a guide text would be convenient tae read on.
Apologies for the seemingly beg-ridden theme of this post, I am just another learning soul wanting tae be able tae master a mod that he had held for a while. Any form of help in the comments, advices would be greatly appreciated too! Apologies for any grammar or sentence error in this long text too.
Hi, I remember playing AllTheMods with my friend like two years ago. And there were some books for many mods (like mekanism, extreme reactors, create etc...). They talked about how to build a reactor, special crafting stations and many more. I thought that these books were from these mods. But yesterday I started playing custom modpack with my friend (we have mekanism, create etc...) but these guide books I talked about are nowhere to be seen. It's some mod or something?

I have started a new play through with All The Mods and would love to have quick access to all the mod guide books. Is there an easy way to find/add them all?
Edit: Found solution, ATM gives a recipe to autofill the Tome with all books
By no means comprehensive, as I don't know what mods are in that particular modpack, but...
Immersive Engineering: Book + Lever
Deep Resonance: Book with resonating ore above, redstone left, right, and below
RF Tools: Book with redstone left, right, up and down.
RF Tools control manual: book with redstone on the top row
RF Tools dimension manual, book with redstone in the four corners.
AbyssalCraft: Book surrounded by zombie flesh, apart from top right and bottom right, which are iron ingots.
Mekanism: Book with basic control circuit above.
Extra Utilities 2: book in top left corner with Gold to the right, obsidian below
Bibliocraft: Redstone torch + book
Botania: Book + sapling
Tinker's construct: Book + stencil
Armorplus: Book + coal
Refraction: Book + laser pen
Opencomputers: book + microchip
Blood Magic: Book in top left, glass below it, feather to the right
Other blood magic book: Infuse a book in a blood altar
Cooking for Blockheads: cook a book
Roots: Stone with an old root above, seeds left, right, and below.
Astral sorcery and Ars magika are a bit more complicated so just google them.
Vazkii's Akashic Tomes, presumably.
I decided to go the Mekanism way this time but I never used it! I heard about ore pentupling 🤩 Any recommendations of a good guide to get started? Any advice?
Mekanism v10 Crafting Guide
I will continue to add more recipes and maybe change all of them to dump-less only. English is not my dominant language, there may be errors. Point them out and I’ll correct it.
I appreciate any feedback.
Here’s everything I have made so far:
Entangloporters
Induction Matrix
Solar Generators
I've put together some mods I've played and some I haven't. the main one being mekanism but the only issue is I don't know what I'm doing so I was just wondering if there are any tutorial/guide mods. I know I can just watch YouTube tutorials but I don't like doing that. thanks
Does anyone have a reco on such a concept?
EDIT: (1.10 version)
Can someone provide me with a link or a video that can guide me through mekanism ? The wiki didn't help much and all of the videos that Im finding are outdated. Thank you in advance.
Most of the videos you'll find are pretty much up-to-date. The heat system and turbines are new, but aside from those, the only major change is a bunch of block models/textures.
ILabs Tacomage has quite a few videos out on it:
Start here. Disregard the information on Thermal Evaporation towers and note that the Chemical Infuser can now be built into a factory.
Then watch this video on the changes that the latest version of Mekanism brought about.
You may also want to learn about turbines and steam boilers, as they're a decent power generator.
Those two can get you set up with a lot of neat machines and fun generators, but later on you'll want to move to fusion power, which has its own set of videos.
This video is just about up-to-date, though the number of pumps and towers required has been tweaked since.
Thermal Evaporation Towers have changed, so watch this video on how they work. The biggest thing to point out is that they're far, far faster now than they ever were and don't need to be heated by solar power alone.
Finally, note that the Fusion Reactor can be configured to turn water into steam, which works in any turbine, including Big Reactors ones.
It's a tech mod, it doesn't really have that tight of a progression path other then get osmium and steel and build every machine.
You might need a guide for 5x ore processing but in reality it's just about knowing the order you need to rout the outputs of the machines and what machines are the start of the new tier. Also setting up oxygen, hydrochloric acid and brine supply lines. After that it's plug and play.
Also the UI is a bit unintuitive for Mek machines.
