I'm currently trying to figure out what to do with the "Spent Nuclear Waste" from turning Polonium into Polonium Pellets for the MekaSuits using the Pressurized Reaction Chamber. It ends up producing spent nuclear waste and I'm not sure what to do with it.

I just made a 3000 block long pipe out into an ocean where I pipe it into waste barrels, which I break when they fill up. While it does get rid of them permanently, your gonna need a hazmat suit / radiation shielding upgrades on the mekasuit. Also the area you dump it will have so much radiation its practically useless.
This is an old post, but Ultimate Trash Cans from the Trash Cans mod and take gas inputs even though they don't specify they do. I hope this helps you or someone else!
Learning about these new fissile fuel generators and stuff. First time using melanism 10. Just thought I’d throw this out there since people on the forums I’ve been looking at seem to be struggling with this. Some people are making giant tubes to abandoned areas to dump waste.
Guys just make ultimate pressurized tubes and store it in the tube.. The ultimate pressurized tube can store 16,000,000 mB. That’s 250x more than a nuclear waste barrel. Now if you break the tube or barrel you’ll release radiation. Just add another tube.
Is there a way to get Nuclear waste into a storage system?
I've tried putting it into an Interface and tried this setup with storage busses on the barrels but the controller isn't picking it up on the terminal
Do I need to use barrels as we do with used nuclear waste or there's a better way?? Tried using barrels but I cant make the pressure pipes input AND output from it for usage.
Basically, my friend and I set up shop in the twilight forest, the problem is that the Twilight Forest isn't considered day enough for the SNA, so either we need to find a way to transfer waste to the overworld, or I need to scrap the current reactor plans
Update: Thank you everyone, but I have determined it is not currently possible, so I am converting the room designed for the reactor to be the Induction Matrix room.
