Question first: Is it currently possible to output water from the Mekanism Industrial Turbine?
Answer (thanks to u/rreeggkk): Connect the pipe to a Turbine Vent.
I'm playing with Mekanism v9.1.0.281 for Minecraft version 1.7.10. According to aidencbrady.com, this is the latest version for Mekanism on 1.7.10.
I'm under the impression that you can export water from the Turbine after steam has been processed in it. I was lead to believe this by the "Saturating Condenser" block, whose tool-tip states "A block that condenses steam by an Industrial Turbine into water. These can be placed in any arrangement above your rotational complex."
I've placed multiple Saturating Condensers above the rotational complex. The multi-block forms properly. The statistics tab of the Turbine GUI lists a positive number for max water output. When I try to extract water from the Turbine from any face or height, I'm not able to. I have tried connecting fluid export pipes from numerous mods to the Turbine Valve, but can't get water to export. Is this feature not yet implemented? Or am I possibly doing something wrong? For what it's worth, the GUI doesn't show an internal storage tank for water.
EDIT: Something I forgot to mention, is that I haven't been able to get the multi-block to form with any Saturating Condenser blocks on the exterior of the structure. So far, I've only been able to get it to form with the Saturating Condenser blocks on the interior of the structure, above the rotational complex. This means they are outside the reach of pipes. I've tried poking around to see if I can get the multi-block to form with any of them on the exterior, and I have failed to do so. I can't try connecting pipes to these blocks directly rather than a Turbine Valve. It just isn't possible.
Connect the pipes to the vents that you place normally. They will push the water out

hey, i'm just trying stuff out here, and i've noticed that i can't actually get an industrial turbine to produce water. it's making power, and i have pipes hooked up to the vents, but there's no water coming out anywhere.
how do i make the machine actually output water? when i look at the turbine statistics, it simply says: "max water output: 0 mB/t"
i'm playing on 1.16.3, mekanism v10. i've seen someone in a tutorial do the same thing in the same version.
Is there a way to take water out of the turbine using integrated tunnels? The Mekanism pipes (even ultimate) don't transfer water fast enough to my boiler. I tried connecting a fluid importer to the turbine vents but it doesn't work. I've tested by putting a fluid importer on some random pipes and it works fine but only not when connected to a turbine vent. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
I saw that vents are limiting the turbine, could that be the cause? The turbine is always full of steam.
I even tried using multiple mechanical pipes to output water, but that didn't work either.
(Playing a custom 1.12.2 pack, almost all configs are at default aside from recipe changes)
I'm attempting to run a Mekanism Industrial Turbine off of the steam output from an Extreme Reactor, and I'm running into some issues. My ER, throttled by the control rods, should be outputting roughly 5 buckets of steam per tick--nothing special, but just enough that it is a pain to have to supply 5b/t of water to it without dedicating a small pumping area, as my pack has no one-block wonder solutions to infinite water. Naturally, I thought I'd just dump the water from the Industrial Turbine back into the reactor, but it seems that this doesn't work. From my fiddling, it appears that the turbine only outputs water at the same rate as the "flow rate" (as in, the rate of steam entering the turbine) regardless of how much steam is actually in the turbine or that rate at which it is being consumed.
Am I correct in thinking this, and do I then need to have some form of buffer so that the steam flowing from the reactor to the turbine is limited to 5b/t or whatever arbitrary number (as with infinite throughput, any amount of water I put in the reactor will instantly vaporize into steam and travel to the turbine, boosting the flowrate for a single tick only and thus ruining the loop) or is there something else that I am doing incorrectly?
I can give more info if needed, but I'm very tired from looking at this setup for now and can't really think about what else people might need :)
Edit: Right, so I did a quick test in a creative world, mirroring my actual reactor from my main save (though I doubt that matters, since I was just measuring water in vs water out with different pipes).
Super Laminar Fluiducts, which have infinite throughput (when something outputs into them, which I believe both the reactor coolant port and the turbine's vent do) turned 28k mb of water into a measly 9970mb.
Adding in a buffer tank to this, using a resonant servo to pull the steam from that into the turbine, changed 9970mb > 10370mb.
EnderIO fluid conduits resulted in a return of 11014mb of water.
By this quick and simple test I'm led to believe that the turbine does only regard the flow rate when deciding how much it is working--how do I actually use it, then, without capping the input rate? Does it absolutely require the use of a Mekanism fusion reactor to make the turbine useful? I was hoping to avoid building multiple ER turbines and using much more space, but that seems as though it might be the only actual route to go.
My industrial turbine was working perfectly until it just spontaneously filled with what I presume is water (I have zero saturating condensers) and stops working. Anyone know what the problem is?

It was working fine before. 2. You can't pump out the water out. 3. Doesn't work with any setting (i.e. dumping excess steam or idle. 4. Adding saturating condensers didn't help.
