Lee Heritage Regular Straight...surprisingly good budget option.
What is the difference between Levi's vs Lee?
If you think $55 is "exorbitant" you're gonna have an aneurysm when you hear what premium denim-makers charge.

What are a good brand of jeans that I can actually move in most jeans I have tried don’t fit right even though I try the size that fits

I don’t see too much posted about Lee’s budget raws. Hell I don’t even know how long they’ve been available, I stumbled across them one day on Amazon and for the price I figured let’s try it. I’ve been super impressed w the fit. I don’t exactly know that I’d call it a regular fit or even straight. The fabric has 1% stretch...which normally I hate stretch anything...it never seems to stop stretching. These hold their shape really well though. They feel exactly like a 2 month old pair of 501s....Enough about that. I love the cut. I would probably call it tapered fit more than regular straight. But nothing extreme.
A few measurements for the curious. Tag size 32 Waist -17...vanity for sure Thigh 1” down...11.5 Knee 8.5 Hem 7.5 Rise 10.75...give or take a few mm.
They definitely shrank some in the first wash. And indigo is bleeding on to the pocket bags from my phone and wallet. Stitching is average nothing special. Reminds me of most 35$ Levis. I think for the 50$ or so they are a hell of a deal. I guess we will see how they fade but I’m a frequent washer and don’t care too much how they fade.

Also, I don’t have a ton of things to compare them too but I’d say Uniqlo’s raw has slightly better stitching quality control etc but I much prefer the fit and weight of the Lee’s.
Fit pics...if my kids ever chill out and go to sleep I’ll try and get better shots. For reference I’m 5’6” 170ish. Lee
