Storage Shed options
Prebuilt Cabinets are expensive…thought I’d try some myself for the garage.
Menards Shed
Built this outdoor storage cabinet with a hidden tool tray in the top. Poplar and Yellow Pine
Hey ya'll, I was hoping for your opinions.
Looking to put in a 12'x12' shed. I've never built a shed before, but I've done a lot of rough carpentry, etc... and have all the tools, and can figure it out.
Menards sells a nice shed kit, that is almost what I am looking for.

The side wall is 7' versus the 8' I was planning, and the Gambrel roof doesn't extend down a bit past the side wall, nor does it extend out a foot past the front like I was planning (rough photo included)
With limited time, and money, is it worth trying to perfect the design, or is the Menards good enough?
We have a new pup and I wanted to get the chemicals off the open shelves. Found some simple plans online and mimicked them. Probably going to add some shelves in between for additional storage.
Kreg tools are pretty sweet. Love the pocket holes and shelf pin jig. The hinge jig seemed to move on me with all four doors….one cup is about 0.5-1 mm closer to the edge than the other. Have to check the spacer to see if it has play.
