What is the Metro by T-Mobile customer service number?
Can Metro by T-Mobile customer service help me unlock my phone?
How do I pay my Metro by T-Mobile bill by phone?
I tried to call customer service this morning and after going through a couple questions, the automated message said the call centers are closed. What are Metro's call center hours? Or is the automated voice lying to me? (According to the website it's "24/7" unless I missed it)
I just complained to Metro PCS's Better Business Bureau branch because I wasn't able to dial out of my calling area, and I couldn't reach customer service.
This happened on Monday, August 17, at about 10 AM CDT.
When I tried to dial the customer service number, and even if I dialed 611, I got a message to follow the directions in my app, and then the call dropped and my MyMetro app opened. The only instructions I could find ANYWHERE was on the main page, where it said to pay my bill, which is not due for a week. The app provides no way to contact Metro PCS, nor to report an issue.
On the MetroPCS web site, the bot coudn't understand me and said to phone customer service.
In response to my complaint, someone from "T-Mobile Expert", on his email, Office of the President, phoned me to argue with me.
Besides being thoroughly nonresponsive and unprofessional, what he said raises suspicions.
The jist of it was that "you know, there's, you know, an epidemic, you know? It just isn't possible, you know, to keep customer service open all of the time. Because you know, that's how the world works!"
The actual argument spread over five minutes, and when I hung up, he called back to try again. Then he sent me an email that addressed the original issue, and tried to get me to call him back!
Buried in this is that something about how Metro PCS is handling its call centers and the epidemic is preventing them from having them open.
Keep in mind that their call centers are not in the U.S.
Maybe the call centers aren't allowed to open. If so, the answer would be have them make calls from home. Metro PCS has the responsibility to provide customer service!
But in how many central and southern American nations has the economy been shut down and everyone ordered to stay home? Not many and I suspect none.
It seems more likely that there are serious problems in the call centers. His specific words are "we can't keep the call centers open", suggesting their ability to keep them open isn't reliable. Either conditions are so overcrowded and unsanitary noone wants to work, or, more likely, people are getting sick in very large numbers because conditions are overcrowded and unsanitary. The sick have then infected their families and it has spread through entire communities.
The same thing happened in the meat packing industry. It was astounding even under Capitalist labor practices. I didn't eat poultry or red meat for three or four months until blood work found me anemic, and now I have found cruelty-free meat packed in the ranches' own butchering and packing facility.
Of course I'm considering switching phone carriers.
Does anyone have light to shed on this?
I had an account with them, but had to transfer to another carrier because of connection issues. I no longer have an account with them now obviously, and can't login. I have a payment issue I want to discuss with them but I can't even reach a live person because their number 888-863-8768 won't transfer me. I tried pressing 0 and # as suggested by different articles.
Any ideas?
Hello, I'm reaching out because I just recently canceled my service with boost Mobile because they were not helping me when I was having problems with their service. And I just want to know how decent their customer service is and if they would help me if I have problems with their service. I understand it's not going to be The world's best customer service because since I am going through the Metro.
