Hi all,
My wife and I recently moved to Vancouver from the US East coast, and we’ve been struggling to find good Mexican food.
I found plenty of Taco places nearby, but I’ve been craving some good old Arroz con pollo.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations.

I'm Mexican, and can tell you that the Mexican restaurant scene is terribly, terribly poor. Drive down to Washington for your Mexican food fix. Bellingham has some decent spots.
