I'm in metro Detroit (zone 6a) and am looking for Michigan/Midwest natives that do well in full shade. There is a bed along the north side of my house that gets zero sun, no matter the time of day or year. I'm transitioning to all natives but don't know what to put here. Suggestions appreciated!!
My husband and I are planning to turn our yard into a full garden. My grandma had a full front and back yard garden, but now since she has dementia I can't ask her about native plants. I was wondering if anyone could help me with native plants I can research about! Thank you!
Hello! Have been put in charge of some property beautification at my place of work, I am pushing natives but know that my preference of prairie lawn will not make it far. Anyone have any recs for perennial (or even annual, perennial would just be an easy sell) natives that stay somewhat uniform and would be easy to convince grass loving people to put in their property?
