I haven’t been to the Rockville location, but I will swear by the Parkville one. I just got an i7, but there were plenty of i9’s available. As far as GPU’s go, as long as you’re willing to wait and get lucky, you should be able to pick one up on a shipment day. I just got the 3070 on Wednesday after getting in line around 7:30am. Quality staff who are able to handle the influx of GPU hawks well! More on reddit.com

Now I am going to get Microcenter ads all day in pop ups because I used google, but, it's fast and accurate.) So: search engine. Find the info. And consider this: a telegram, a text message of a sort, used to cost about $50, was sent over a telegraph, like the internet except you clicked out letters ... - - - ... like that, took a few hours to get to you, but was fast. Or: a "long distance" phone call, could cost several dollars per minute (but you could call "collect", where the person you called paid for the call, if they accepted.) At Rockville right now. (5:54am) Lots of cars in the parking lot but there is also a 24 hr gym with people working out so I don't know exactly if the cars are for the GPU release or gym. I don't see anyone camping outside the location though. More on reddit.com

Does anyone have any info or suggestion on which location they have better luck at with getting a gpu in Maryland? I usually go to the Parkville location but they always seem to be wiped out even before covid but I've never been to the Rockville one before so not sure if it's any better. I'm looking to build a new gaming pc after 11 years with my gen 1 i7 it's time to upgrade lol. Thanks for your help!

Got one from the Parkville location in February. One of the staffers told me what day the shipment was coming and I got there about an hour before the store opened. Was like 30th in line but was still able to get a 3070. If you're set on a 3080 or 3060, you may have a little more trouble. Might have 'gotten lucky', but it only took me one shot
