Please build a Microcenter in Arizona. You would destroy the competition. Frys electronics sucks and Best Buy rarely has any parts for building a PC. Tempe, Chandler or Scottsdale would be great locations to consider. Tempe Market place or Mills Mall would be great places to have one.

This not having a microcenter in AZ sucks im about to drive to the Tustin location next gpu drop lolll only 5.5 hours + $60 in gas to get a gpu. Worth it!

Serious question: what’s so special about Micro Center? I live 10 minutes away from the Tustin location, drive by it every so often, never walked in. With online shopping available what’s the point? Don’t bite my head off, I genuinely want to know. If I had to guess it's a community thing? You want to be around likeminded people and ask the employees for recommendations, stuff like that?

I thought they've been totally gone for a while but maybe I just have been out of the loop. Continue this thread ... I wonder if it did. I told them to go put it in Scottsdale because it was like there's just a bunch of rich people there in Scottsdale fashion square or whatever it's like a big deal so I'm glad they're just doing it at all LOL I was just trying to appeal to like money so this is just cool.

Fry's Electronics is your best bet for sure, although they are slowly dying out

Reiterating what several people have said, Fry's Electronics is your best bet. They are closer to a box store so often better selection than a microcenter but no where near the deals in my experience. There is one in LA if you are itching for a trip.

One thing I don't like about Phoenix is no Microcenter here. I'm looking get a pc built, and wish there was a Microcenter here.
Is there one incoming? They have no competition here, so why don't they plant one here?

Phoenix is really missing an electronics store. I often find myself in situations where I’m working on a project and having to wait for something I ordered online ruins my entire weekend.

A MicroCenter will be coming to the Phoenix area around 2025. I have a few acquaintances in the industry, and we will likely be seeing sources on this by EoY. My understanding is they are looking at property in a variety of metro areas (Phoenix included) and will be making capital allocations in 2024. Wait and see though but this is my understanding. Cheers.
