I suggest going into your MS-account under settings look for subscriptions (if you have one given). There you can download the respective setup manually (x32/x64). That being said, why you want to use Office 2016 in the first place? I'd suggest staying with Office 2010 instead. Since Microsoft Office 2010 it's not only incredibly more snappier and way less resource-hogging, but there are virtually NONE features that have been added since Office 2010 except for SVG-vector file-handling. My original attempt to install Office 2016 was on a "clean" VM with nothing but a base Windows installation. I have uninstalled Office 365 since my first attempt.
I'm still very confused. When I use the link you provided, all instructions seem to lead to the Office 365 setup site (i.e., the same site I used in my first attempt). Is this as it should be?
Your instructions seem to suggest I should see a place to enter my product key before proceeding further. I see no where to enter the product key.
When I went to the Office 365 site, there are no options to install Office 2016 specifically.
I have already redeemed my product code using an account for which I already had an Office 365 subscription. When I view my account info, my Office 2016 product key is not shown, only my Office 365 subscription is shown. Is this as it should be?

I want to install Office 2016 on a laptopt that i use, i have a purchased licence but i can't find the download file for the suite.
Every official Microsoft webpage tells me to log in into my account but i don't have any and don't need a Microsoft account in that particular machine, i just want to enter my licence key and thats it.
I have other computer that i activated that way, but can't find the installation file anywhere.
Is there any possibility to install without login anywhere?

When you buy it it gets added to your Microsoft account, no way to do it without that, login to office.com with your account and it will let you dow load it
