It would be my pleasure if my previous reply is helpful to you.
In your case, from what you have shared, is there any error message from the Microsoft 365 app after you have clicked on the “I have already subscribed” option?
Typically, when you install the Microsoft 365 app and start using it, a popup will appear to verify that you have a subscription. If you do have a Microsoft 365 subscription under your current account, and there is no error message after you click “I have already subscribed”, then the Microsoft 365 application should have recognized your subscription under your account, and you can use the application normally.
However, if you encounter any problem while using the app, you can share the screenshot with me, and I will be happy to provide support to help you solve the problem.
I hope the above is helpful for you. If you have any further updates, please feel free to let me know so we can discuss next steps, thank you.
