As per your description, Office 365 Business subscription,
The internet only required to download the installer file, but once that's done, you can use command line (Office Deployment Tool) to download and install Office 365 offline without internet and use configuration.xml. For instructions, see Use the Office offline installer - Microsoft Support

Dear respected SURAJ KALAMBE1,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
As per your description, you can use the Microsoft 365 Deployment Tool (ODT) to download and install Microsoft 365 for business offline and use configuration.xml. The tool is designed for enterprise environments and runs from the command line.
you (or your administrator) will need to use the Office Deployment Tool to download and install Office 365 offline. For instructions, see Use the Office offline installer

Dear respected Waqas Muhammad,
Thank you for the reply.
The setup is being downloaded. Can I use these setup files as a standalone setup for Another laptops.
Hi Rich,
According to your description, it seems that the problem is related to the Office installation package used for ODT offline installation. And I also assisted you to modify the configuration.xml as following.
Here are the detailed steps:
**Step 1:**Copy the above xml content to the Notepad, save it as the xml file.
**Step 2:**Open Command Prompt, run the following command to download the Office installation package to local.
Note: After running this command, you will see the Office named folder in the folder and wait for some time till it downloads. Total size downloaded will be 3.04 GB, you can right-click on Office folder> Properties to check it.
Once it finished downloading completely, you will see like the image below in Command Prompt:
**Step 3:**At this time, you will get the latest version of Office installation package. Move the installation package folder to C:\Software\Office 365.
**Step 4:**Modify the configuration.xml file as shown below.
I deleted some unnecessary elements in your xml file. For more information about these elements, please refer to Configuration options for the Office Deployment Tool.
**Step 5:**Run setup.exe /configure xxxxx.xml to deploy Office to PC.
And for your second question, in order to ensure that Microsoft and Office related services can be accessed and run normally, we recommend that you add all addresses under Microsoft 365 Common and Office Online to the whitelist. And if possible, it is better to add other addresses to the network whitelist to ensure that related services can be activated normally.
Best regards,
Madoc
Hi Rich,
Here is a KB article for your reference: Name change for Office 365 ProPlus. As mentioned in this article, the new name will appear in Version 2004 onwards. Regarding the name of the Office is still displayed as Office 365 ProPlus, I guess this is supposed to be caused by the low version of Office.
To further check it, we would like to collect some information:
- Which version of Office do you have? After starting any Office app like Word, click on File > Account, please take a screenshot of the Product Information pane with the detailed version number included and share it with us.
- Provide the configuration.xml you are using so that we could check the details.
Best regards,
Madoc

Is there a direct download link for M365 Office Apps?
I don’t need offline installers, a C2R will do.
As I deploy user computers and install basic apps, I want to pre-install Microsoft Office before signing them in and pulling the installer from their office portal page.
What options do I have?
Are M365 C2R files user specific? Or tenant specific? Can I just download one sample from any tenant and then just use it for installations for all other clients whenever necessary?
Thx
Hi
Soon i will have to install Office 365 (Business Standard) on many computers that have a slow internet connection.
The computers are running Windows 10. And my idea is to provide the users with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams.
Is there a way I can get the latest installer (with all latest updates) so that I can save it to a pen drive and use that instead of relying on downloading all the time?
