Yes, it includes Azure AD, for Microsoft 365 for Business provides Office 365 Business account which belongs to Azure AD identity. It’s mainly for user identities management, in the meantime provides other features. Level described under Office 365 App column in Azure AD pricing page you posted. Now to summarize and hopefully answer your question in full, your current plan allows you to login to Windows 11 Pro using your Office 365 account. The current plan also includes the Azure AD free license as well as Office 365. However, you may need to upgrade your Azure AD license if you need access to certain features, such as advanced group management and other security features.

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

From what I know, without having the AAD P1 license, you should be using the 1:5 ratio billing model, and seeing that M365 Business standard has a limited number of users, from what I know the there is no pricing for the guess access.

However, I haven't found an official article to share with you regarding the topic.

Normally it is recommended to upgrade to AAD P1 or P2 to fully benefit from this feature.

Users are setup with 365 Business Standard licenses

On a Windows 10 or 11 computer, can they sign in with their 365 email address and password?

or does that require azure active directory license for the user and a AAD joined computer?

Intune is not required, and it would be nice to have a user have the same email address and password to sign into the computer and have their configuration and settings follow them from computer to computer

I am rolling out a new environment that will only have azure active directory.

What really in practical benefits is Business Premium giving me over Business Standard? I am not planning on using Defender. I do need to control what the users install on their computers, but I dont need to push out drive maps, etc…
