Thank you so much for answering my question Simbarashe!
I wasn't sure if it was 300 members for Teams only, or 300 users in general (Enterprise = Unlimited).
The writing was a little confusing saying
"Chat, call, meet up to 300 attendees" in the pricing page.
But thank you so much for the clarification :)

The standard activation limit is 5 concurrent devices per user which can be managed in the “Office 365 Activations” item of the user tab in 365 admin. This shows what devices are activated and allows remote deactivation if a device is retired or a user hits the 5 device limit. 365 Business Premium has a shared activation option for things like Remote Desktop but I have never looked into how that affects the 5 device per user limit.
If the traveling users only use 5 computers then they are i the clear. If not then you may have to deactivate computers as needed to allow reactivation or consult M$.
Do office365 business standard licenses have a limit on how many pc’s a user can log into their office products on? What about situations where multiple users move between multiple sites/branches and have to connect to their teams or other office 365 products?
In this case my corporation has around 100 employees and each has office 365 business standard licenses. We also have 5 branch locations that multiple employees rotate between on a weekly basis. Is this going to run us into an issue where employees cannot log into new branch computers office 365 products due to license limitations?
Very stupid question, but we have 30 PC's in our office and we want to install Office on each one of them. We had family subscription but it's up to 6 people. Thank you for the help
I'm working in a start-up with my partner and we wanted to use Office 365, but it seems like you have to purchase 6 licenses minimum? Is that right?
Hello 365 Admin3,
Good day! Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
I understand you want to share your Microsoft Business Standard license among few users simultaneously. It is not feasible for multiple users to share one license on different user accounts; it is one user one license. If you would like your users to access the services offered by your license through your license you will need to give them your credentials that is password and username, however this method is not recommended as different users can temper with may things including your data and settings.
However, you can use one license to cover fully installed Office apps on five mobile devices, five tablets, and five PCs or Macs per user. See Invite users to a Microsoft 365 business subscription - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your cooperation.

Thank you so much for the reply and it was very helpful.
Has anyone tried or are they using Microsoft 365 Business licensing and have gone over the 300 user limit?
Does it allow you to go over at all or is it a hard limit?
Hi Vincent, I don't think that the OP's question was vague at all. In any event the maximum licences for M365 Business Basic (Identity, access, and user management for up to 300 employees) and M365 Business Standard (Everything in Business Basic, plus:) and Microsoft 365 Business Premium is (Everything in Business Standard, plus). Compare Microsoft 365 Plans | Microsoft 365 And the OP specifically asked: "How many users can be licensed on one MS 365 Business Premium License?" AND the answer is 300.
Hello Mohau Dolwana,
Thank you for your question regarding Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing.
Each Microsoft 365 Business Premium license is assigned to a single user. However, that user can install and activate Microsoft 365 apps on up to 5 devices simultaneously. This includes a combination of PCs, Macs, tablets, and smartphones.
If you have multiple users, each individual will need their own license to access the full suite of features included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, such as email, cloud storage, and advanced security tools.
For example:
- If you have 10 users, you will need 10 Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses.
- Each of those 10 users can install Microsoft 365 apps on up to 5 devices.
