Having tested both of these products (Calendly vs Bookings) very extensively I can say, in my opinion, Bookings is great for a whole service team where you need a client or end user to pick one person to meet with and schedule it. The individual Bookings page is far from a Calendly replacement. The page itself isn’t as aesthetically pleasing, the emojis/icons they allow look terribly unprofessional, the advanced features and appointment rules and criteria aren’t as fleshed out. At the end of the day, it’s 30% of Calendly when booking for a single, specific person. I think with another round or two of development I’d feel comfortable getting rid of Calendly. We have a lot of back and forth with people submitting tickets and then someone from IT trying to schedule a time to go help them with the problem they're asking about. It seems like it would be easier to let the users pick a time from a series of open appointments.

Yes, we use Microsoft Bookings for this to allow our consultants to book appointments. It works fine as long as you are happy using Teams for the meeting because it doesn't integrate with anything else. Only reason we don't use it more is that most of our users are internal so we can all see each other's availability in Outlook and we just send a meeting request.

Bookings with Me-Like Calendly. Allows you to create a personal booking page and event types with availability from your calendar.
Scheduling Polls-Allows multiple participants inside and outside your org to vote on proposed meeting times and auto schedules when consensus is reached.

It should be noted that scheduling poll is already in Outlook Desktop but still called “Find Time”. I use it all the time as it’s great!
