You won't. It changes weekly and any training you see is a year out of date by the time it is released. Best way to stay current is to read the MS documentation (usually linked in the page) and search for YouTube videos. More on reddit.com

That is correct and something I just learned recently as well. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/office-applications-service-description/office-applications-service-description This is a big point against using M365 Premium in medium businesses and those with compliance needs. You're much more limited to how you can control Office apps for business. If you just need to set a few static things (turn off annoying prompts) you can still do a lot using the ODT file. You just can't control it after the fact or per-user / per-machine. More on reddit.com
