My emails were hacked. MSN has deleted all my emails from msn, a gmail. I'm being punished for being a victim. I'm 86, my tech ability is limited. I need MSN to restore all emails, they took them away, they can restore.
It would be a hassle for me to change emails, but then again this has been a big hassle also.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.
5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm
6-Lastly, choose a support option

Is there any other alternatives- I have literally been trying to solve a problem for YEARS- and i get cut off, they dont understand, they say to go to a different chat but then they say to go back.... Im literally crying I am so frustrated right now

- Scroll down to contact us
- Click on show expanded list of products
- Click on the Outlook icon
- Type in your issue and scroll down to contact support
- Select the product or service
- Choose your support option and click on live chat
