r/MicrosoftTeams on Reddit: Is there a Teams app for selecting time slots on a calendar—something like Forms or Bookings?
March 26, 2025 -

I have a Team of twelve people and need them to select time slots over the course of one week in April. Sort of like a Doodle or SurveyMonkey scheduling poll.

I'm getting contradicting information about the best way to do this through Teams. Teams is deprecating Forms, and Polls doesn't seem to have an easy way to do this. I also looked into a Booking app suggested online, but it now doesn't seem to exist—maybe discontinued?

Is there some easy method to do this? Seems like a very valuable tool.
