Yep. You get a few planes based on the version of the game you buy. You can just Google which planes are included in which version of the game. If possible, get the Premium Deluxe version. It's expensive and is not worth it for the most part but it'll give you access to the default 787-10 which in-turn will give you access to Horizon Sim 787-9 and Kuro 787-8. As per the airport part, I think the default airports are just fine. You'll get away with them in most cases but there are a few freeware airports as well. The beauty of MSFS2020 is the amount of freeware add-ons available. They're really really good for freeware standards like the FBW A320neo, the upcoming iniBuilds A320neo(included with the base game and yet to be released), the 789, 788, and the most anticipated addon, the FBW A380. Hey everyone! I am thinking of getting Microsoft Flight Simulator, and had a few questions before buying.
Do you get any free planes to start off?
If so, what are these free planes?
Do you have to buy certain airports? I have a very specific airport that I found on the wiki but was wondering if it was free or not.

Yep. You get a few planes based on the version of the game you buy. You can just Google which planes are included in which version of the game. If possible, get the Premium Deluxe version. Basically 99% of world wide ICAO registered air fields and airports are in the sim, at least in a bare bone state with generic buildings. A few dozen handmade nicer airports are included.
