Is it a retail version?

• If so, but if you do not redeem the key, bound the key with your Microsoft account? It's recommended to log in to the following website. Setup Office - Office 365 Redemption
• After binding your Microsoft account with the Office license, you can download and install it directly from the Subscriptions page.

Or if it is a volume license version, Office Professional Plus LTSC 2024, and you have a MAK key, then you need run ODT with configuration file (.xml) to install it.
