Is it a retail version?

• If so, but if you do not redeem the key, bound the key with your Microsoft account? It's recommended to log in to the following website. Setup Office - Office 365 Redemption
• After binding your Microsoft account with the Office license, you can download and install it directly from the Subscriptions page.

Or if it is a volume license version, Office Professional Plus LTSC 2024, and you have a MAK key, then you need run ODT with configuration file (.xml) to install it.

Unfortunately, your link only refers to Office 365. The tool does not address installing Office 2024 LTSC.

You can install Office LTSC 2024 for offline installations. For LTSC 2024, you will need either MAK or KMS activation. For KMS activation, the device needs to regularly connect to a KMS host on your local LAN to activate the KMS client—no external network connection is required.

Once you download the installation files, internet connectivity is not required to install Office LTSC 2024. However, MAK activation requires an internet connection, while KMS activation does not. After activation, an internet connection is not needed to use Office LTSC 2024.

Please note that downloading the installation files requires an internet connection. You may first download the installation files from a different network and then transfer them to computers on the offline network.
