Thank you for your feedback. Please follow the steps below to use your Microsoft rewards points to get Robux:

Open account.microsoft.com/rewards on any browser of your choice and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Navigate to the “Redeem” tab and search for Roblox Digital Cards in the search field.

Roblox Digital Cards

Click on Roblox Digital Card and select Redeem Rewards. You need 12,000 points to get 800 Robux and 15,000 points to get 1,000 Robux.

In addition to the Roblox Digital Card, there are several other Gift Cards available for redemption. These include League of Legends Gift Cards, Diablo IV Premium Battle Passes, Amazon Pay Gift Cards, and more.

If you already have a Roblox Digital Card, once you redeem it, Robux will be credited to your Roblox account.

Open the Roblox login page and enter your account credentials to log in.

Once in your account, navigate to the Gift Card Redemption page.

Enter the PIN code for your Roblox digital card and click Redeem.

Alternatively, you can use the card to make in-game purchases. If you ask for a payment method, select the Roblox digital card.

Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for free Robux. To do this, simply log in to your Microsoft Rewards account at account.microsoft.com/rewards and click on the Redeem tab. You can use the search box to search for the item you want. Click REDEEM REWARD and you can select the amount of Robux you want to redeem and complete the transaction. It takes 1,500 in Microsoft Rewards points to get 100 Robux for free.

If a certain reward like Robux with any certain amount is not available it means that the code for it has became out of stock and therefore it will be best to wait it out for it to be available again for redemption and there is no exact timeframe on when it will come back.
