You can't have multiple rewards accounts on the same phone number, so if you continue to set up new accounts using your phone number and email address, it's going to look like someone is cheating by having multiple accounts. Especially if you accidentally log into the wrong one occasionally on your computer or something to do Bing searches (like if you have bing in chrome automatically as your old account but all other browsers are using your new account). Stop setting up new rewards accounts and just use one. But no, your MS account isn't tied to your GT so you won't get banned from playing, just banned from redeeming rewards. More on reddit.com

You most likely broke the terms of service. Using VPN? Multiple accounts on one cell phone number? Using a bot to do searches? You can email them and they’ll tell you what you did. More on reddit.com

Mine was suspended without them providing a reason. That was 2 years ago. I emailed last month, they looked into it again and reinstated. Said there was no info as to why it was suspended.
