Well, to LTSC version the process is a little more complicated, check this tutorial in the link below, it has a complete setup to install Microsoft Store on the LTSC version

Hi ,
I'm Rodrigo, Independent Advisor and I will help you.
To Install the Microsoft Store, you can use a Powershell command to do it.
Right click the Start Menu, select Windows Powershell (Admin) paste the command below, and press enter
Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

We needed to deploy new store apps without opening the store. Could not find a way to do it other than using https://store.rg-adguard.net. It's not that I don't trust them, I just didn't know what they were doing so that won't fly with security.
You might need to bypass some of your own local GPOs to allow store on a single computer using registry keys. That part is on you.
Powershell
Install Entra Module
Install Winget
connect-entra(user must be in the Entra role "User Administrator". This permission is what allows you to download from Microsoft store without logging into it)
winget download "apps store ID" --source=msstore --accept-source-agreements --accept-package-agreements --architecture "x64"
You get the store appID from the URL to the app. https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9mz95kl8mr0l?hl=en-US&gl=US is "9mz95kl8mr0l" for snipping tool
That's it. It will download a zip bundle to your downloads folder. Should include all dependencies.
- Thank you Dave, anyway, for your reply.
- I know that you do not control this system or policy; it is the company which does so.
- I will setup Linux, definitely, oneday on my PC and on the tablet PC I am planning to buy, and I will say a big farewell to you guys, and to Windows, and this way.. to company's applications as well.
- I do not agree with any of Microsoft's regarding-Windows recent ten years rules, specificly starting with Windows 8! To you guys, Microsoft does not make mistakes becsuse you WORK in it so you cannot CRITISIZE so you will think that I am weired or crazy! I will have a small answer to you all: "There is Linux in the world!"
- You tell yourselfs: "Linux users are a few in the world" It is because the nature of the most of human beings is that they like to be controlled; not to control.
- Do you want to know what does Linux needs? If you are a business man, hire an expert to set your security system. I like to take control of everything. Thank you Microsoft, and thank you, Apple, I can take care of my security by myself.
- I apologize to you, Dave, if I said anything offended. I apologize to you Microsoft.. we are different, and the planet is big! so take this way and I'll take other.. way.
- I thought before about working in community or in the company itself, but 1. It did not INVITE me although I posted before// because it has its SUPER GENIUS experts 2. Its policy does not encourge me at all so if I worked at it I'll always be the one who opposites and crashes!
Dave, please ^^ in this "temporary" period that I use Windows in, my brother used to bring me Defender's offline virus definitions, can you bring me the link of downloading them!
Thank you :)
Hi StarryShark05,
I am Dave, I will help you with this, Community is just a user to user forum.
There is no download for offline installers for those Windows apps, some of the apps like Defender are an integral part of the operating system and do not even have online installers, the other UW apps are only available from the Microsoft Store, to ensure the integrity of the apps and ensure they are malware free.
The Edge offline installer is available on this link, because it is not a WP App:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/d...
All the UWP apps are part of a Windows ISO which you can download and use offline to perform an in-place upgrade or offline repair if you wanted to upgrade the apps.
- Go to https://apps.microsoft.com/store/apps
- Search for your App
- Copy the ID from the URL, for example:
9WZDNCRFJ3TJ - run the following command
winget install 9WZDNCRFJ3TJ -s msstore
If you do not have winget here are some instructions how to install: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli
This is what I tried and worked out for me:
- Go to MS Store and copy the link of the app you want to install https://apps.microsoft.com/store/apps
- Copy the link of the app and paste in this website https://store.rg-adguard.net, search in
RPmode. - In the results, download only the files that end with the extensions
.appx,.appxbundle, or.msixbundle.
Note: Avoid files with extensions.eappx,.eappxbundle, or.emsixbundle, as these are encrypted files. - Right-click of the app you need and save as, your browser .might detect it as a harmful app, you can ignore and keep the file
- Make sure you also download all the dependencies and save them as well
- Once you download all the dependencies and the application, start by installing dependencies first, and then the main app
- To install, go to the downloads location, right click on each and click Install
- Optional: you can also install via powershell
Add-AppxPackage -Path "<PATH>".appx
