Short answer:  you don't.

Longer answer:  The apps in the Microsoft Store are for Windows 10.  They don't work on Windows 7, and that's why in most cases, you can't even download them.

How do you download on windows 7 AND not using the Microsoft store??? I can't find out!! (please don't ask why I copied this)

The Windows 7 Store is closed.

The Windows 8 Store closed in 2019.

The Windows 8.1 Store closed in Jan last year.

When Support for a particular operating system ends the Store is also eventually closed.

With 8.1, the Store closed the same date as Support ended.

Why didn’t Microsoft include The store in windows 7? I can see that there is no store app on win7. Why didn’t Microsoft include this??? It will be useful because of security. (Maybe)

Support has long ended for Windows 7.

And when later operating systems ended their support, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, their access to the Store ended, too.

And as we do not work for Microsoft, we have no connection to what Microsoft does in relation to release dates of anything.
