Getting really slow responses and timeouts for M365 – anyone else seeing this?
Starting just a short while ago, we started seeing the following behaviors in Teams:
Delayed responses
Web app showing only old chats
Photos not loading
Can't hide some chats

Can't even log in
Hello, my fellow sysadmins. Anyone else having a fun time with Microsoft Services right now? I know they were having issues with Outlook over the weekend, but it's looking like everything is inaccessible i.e, Team, Outlook, even their Service Status Center. Anyone else affected by this?
Edit: We're located in Canada.
Edit #2: The Issue looks to be an ISP issue with Rogers routing to Microsoft here, specifically in Canada.
Edit #3: It looks like things are coming back "online" in Canada. Current Status from Microsoft:

Looks like http://office.microsoft.com/, Microsoft.com, and Entra sites are all down for the UK and I can access a UK based VM in Azure and that's seeing the same problems...
Oh... and Azure? Or is it the same issue?

Hmmm our VMs are running in Azure but the portal isn't, Microsoft Graph is running in the backend, but the Entra admin center is not.
UPDATE:
Starting at approximately 16:00 UTC, we began experiencing DNS issues resulting in availability degradation of some services. Customers may experience issues accessing the Azure Portal. We have taken action that is expected to address the portal access issues here shortly. We are actively investigating the underlying issue and additional mitigation actions. More information will be provided within 60 minutes or sooner.
It's a new day and the clock has been reset... 0 days since outage.
We didn't have any problems with out site yesterday which is on Azure so quite happy with that probably because we use hosted VMs that weren't affected.

I cant access https://teams.microsoft.com/. Also when I try to join any meeting via web I cant because of " Operation failed with unexpected error"
Anyone else noticing that lots of MS stuff has crapped its pants? Admin panel mostly unresponsive, Teams calls failing, email etc. UK based
Getting 500 errors when trying to sign in on desktop client. Web client is blank. Mobile appears to be working. No advisory in the O365 admin center.

Saw reports on downdetector.com as well of same issue.
The mobile app for Android works just fine though.
Just got some calls from around the office, existing sessions are fine but new users logging in can't get connected, 500 error.

Is anyone else experiencing weird issues with O365 today? Microsoft shows a health status for Microsoft Teams. We are seeing a lag in Exchange Online emails (about 10-15 minutes from hitting send, to when it actually sends).
We need to mitigate the flagged in our vulnerability scans.
After tracing the affected files, we found they reside in the Teams folder under the user’s AppData. Further investigation showed this folder is left behind from previous Teams updates—the Teams installer does not fully clean up old versions.
The source of the issue was the Teams Machine-Wide Installer. Actions taken so far:
Removed the Teams Machine-Wide Installer via an Intune script
Disabled Teams in the Office 365 app deployment in Intune
Currently deleting the leftover Teams AppData folders
Created a new Teams deployment via the Microsoft Store (new method) – not yet deployed
Despite this, the vulnerability continues to reappear, and more devices are now being flagged.
Questions:
How can we prevent future Teams installations from recreating the AppData Teams folder?
Is deploying Teams via the Microsoft Store the correct long-term approach?
Why is Microsoft Teams installation/uninstallation so inconsistent and difficult to manage?
