You can use either your Microsoft Teams personal account (also known as Microsoft Teams Free account) or a Microsoft Teams (work or school) account to attend a Teams meeting.

Using the new Microsoft Teams, you can now be logged into multiple work, school, and personal accounts on the Windows desktop app. Easily switch back and forth between organizations, including guest organizations. See and change your notification settings for your various accounts.

If you still don't see the sign-in window, try closing and reopening the Teams app. You can do this by right-clicking on the Teams icon in the system tray and selecting Quit.
