Did they send you a link? That’s all you need to join. You don’t need to download the app, just join from the web browser. If you downloaded the app, and logged in with a personal account, you won’t have any way to join the meeting.

This seems crazy to me, why would we hide that from being user-accessible? Having to contact an admin for everything is such an antiquated way of working. In Slack all you need to do is view a user profile (this is a global, read-only thing) and grab the user ID.
Why does Microsoft make everything difficult? This should be easily queryable by any member of any org without needing admin rights.

- Or, go to Microsoft Entra admin center > Identity > Users > All users > Click on your account. On the Overview page, the Object ID that displays is the user's unique object ID.
Additionally, the admin can also try to use Get-User (ExchangePowerShell) | Microsoft Learn or Get-TeamUser (MicrosoftTeamsPowerShell) | Microsoft Learn commands to access this ID.
